How we do this job

Day board for Sparta Main. 100 chairs, 11-station rail plus three single-build cells.

  1. Confirm kit cover and mix before 6:00. Short kits stay on hold — do not launch.
  2. Hot (ALS and similar) jump S1 once the cart is on a buffer trolley.
  3. Hot chairs auto-park on BP1 when you open Pick — no extra click. Empty trolleys fill with the next-in-line build after S1 or a cell pulls a cart.
  4. Leads run the hourly pace. Manager watches cost and skill sign-off. ME owns the station process.
