Every pick needs a bin and item scan, and pack has to be confirmed.
Holds and shorts that stop bad shipments
A short pick or an open hold stops the shipment until a manager clears it.
Inventory sync to Shopify
Count changes in the app sync back to Shopify inventory.

Add the app to the Shopify store you already sell from.

Create a dock, the storage bins you pick from, and a hold bin.

Today the work runs in the Shopify admin, including the Shopify mobile app, and in the floor app for workers. Most floor steps (receive, put away, pick, mark short, pack, count, return and move) wait on the phone and send when the connection returns. Ship, undo and starting a count need a connection. Camera scanning on the floor app is in testing for Growth and Pro plans, which aren't on sale yet.

Ship only after the checks pass
The order has to pass the pick and pack checks before it can ship. You add the tracking number.

Who it's for

A plan blocks new SKUs and new floor workers at its limit. SKUs and floor workers already in the app stay readable after a downgrade. Only new additions are blocked.

What scanner does it need?
A USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner, or type the code.
Does it add a Shopify location?
No. It works the fulfillment orders Shopify already assigned. It does not create a new location.
Where do the bins live?
In the app. Shopify keeps the catalog and the quantity you can sell. The app keeps which bin holds the units.
