Configurations, kit check, lifecycle (current / incoming / discontinued).
- Only current production chairs start a work order. Incoming 2026 chairs wait on ME work instructions. Discontinued chairs are service parts only.
- Run kit check before starting a work order. Short kits go on hold.
- Start hot from here only when CS has already named the diagnosis.
- Gantry parts (batteries, lift, tilt) are not carted. They stay at the station.
