CS log
Play the month — converts, hot, and collections land here.
Serial first. WO is the fallback when the plate is not on the chair. A miss stays empty — CS does not invent a chair.
Scan a shipped or in-flight serial to open the dossier. The Floor tab still lists orders — this desk is one chair at a time.

- Mark hot only for ALS, MD, SCI travel, pediatric rapid change, or hospice.
No accepted quotes waiting.

How we do this job
Call desk looks up a serial. Inbox converts accepted quotes. Floor is the order board. Collect is after ship.
- Call desk: scan or type the serial (WO is fallback). The dossier is that chair only — a miss stays empty.
- Save a call note with who called, reason, Tech or Sales, and your name. Timeline is newest first; filter Tech/Sales on the list only.
- Inbox: accepted quotes waiting to become work orders. Convert creates the WO and hands it to pick. That is the only path from quote to order.
- Mark hot only for ALS, MD, SCI travel, pediatric rapid change, or hospice. That chair jumps S1 once kitted.
- Collections: shipped chairs with an open invoice. Mark paid when the dealer remits — not before ship.
- Two CS on the roster. Waiting-on-parts stays here until receiving covers the kit. Sim off: this tab is live work.
