How we do this job

Lead log for SLT, production pace, and labor skill proposals.

  1. Lead tab: who showed up today / week / year, late breaks and shift, missed punches, sick, vacation, bathroom — and every adjustment the lead made so the day still had a shot at 100.
  2. Leads and the supervisor may propose a skill, level, or cover change. It does not take effect until the operations manager signs on Manager.
  3. Production tab: hourly ships, loop vs single build. Single build is 3–5 chairs a day — not the rest of the 100.
  4. Labor tab: propose skill. Manager signs. Greater skill and ≤1 loop error is what qualifies a builder for a single-build cell.
