Scan a WO to inspect the cart sheet without loading a trolley. Start pick and Load cart stay their own buttons. SKU or bin checks a line. Scan WO → SM10-CART-… to bind, check lines for pick %, PLAT-S# to dock, then Load S1 when the gate says yes. Hot/ALS auto-bumps ahead of FIFO.

How we do this job
Three buffer build platforms and part-cart trolleys. Preload the next in line.
- Cart ID is never a serial number. Chassis and power bases need a real serial.
- Inspect WO (or scan a WO) walks the cart sheet without loading a trolley. Start pick and Load cart stay separate. Hot auto-park does not run on mere select.
- Three pickers on the efficient roster. Auto load buffers parks hot on BP1, then fills BP2 and BP3. Finish pick / Load cart sets the cart ready.
- Batteries, lift, and tilt stay under the gantry. Do not cart them.
- Hot first, then FIFO. Water spider keeps the loop supermarket at kanban.
