Sales writes and revises dealer quotes. CS converts the accepted ones to orders.
- Quoted → revised → accepted is Sales. Write the quote, revise if the clinic changes spec, book the dealer accept.
- Accepted quotes sit with CS. Do not convert from here — CS turns the PO into a work order.
- Two sales on the roster. Filter With dealer / With CS / On the floor / Paid. The Floor tab is the two-day ship clock after CS converts.
- When sim is off, this tab is the live intake. Plug in real dealer quotes here. Turn sim back on from Manager.
