How we do this job
Chair prep and dock on one screen. Cart ID is never a chair serial.
- chair-ship prep closes chair prep on this same tab after on-chair verify. There is no standalone Pack lane.
- A prep-fail files a HOLD. Toast cannot say dock can ship while Closed is 0.
- Dock queue only when prep Closed ≥ 1 and the Ship-ready badge is on. Toast alone is not a pass.
- Scan or type one ID per submit — WO, then chassis plate, then power-base plate. Combined strings do not confirm. Reject SM10- cart IDs.
- Select carrier and an Open SHP-xx door — frozen doors stay off the list.
- Print the 4×6 carrier label and BOL only after identity is confirmed and carrier/door are set.
- Load after serials match. Ship assigns tracking once. Depart after Load — actual clock, no backdate.
- Late truck / no-show after identity confirmed — Load is not required. It does not unlock Ship or Depart. Do not roll freight without a supervisor.
- Supplies live on cage SHP-SUP-01. Log low to supervisor. Shipping cannot qty-adjust.
