How we do this job
QA / Holds queue: HOLD, NCR quarantine, DHR, append-only audit.
- HOLD is a ticket, not a note on Builds. Toast, this board, and the HOLD chip are the same row.
- This seat cannot qty-adjust, Release, e-sign, or Fill bulk. Freeze a qty/spec fight to Supervisor or plant lead.
- Open NCR from damage LP, pack-fail, loc mismatch, toast≠board, or ghost pick. Quarantine locks slot, ship, Fill bulk, and steal.
- DHR binds serial + LP + lot/UDI. Cart ID is never a serial. On-chair verified is its own DHR row — consume / gantry is not a pass.
- Audit is append-only: freeze, release, verify, photo, disposition. Release clears leftover location reason; the ticket reason stays as filed.
- Zippie and Quickie cannot share QRT-01. A-4-1 stays FROZEN until Supervisor or plant lead Releases.
