3 · Main job

Each model has its own S1–S11 card. Attach the PIC photo on the card — empty until you upload. Tools is the hand-tool list on that same card, not the BOM — KR-SPT24 is signed; do not copy those tools onto KR-Q700M. Sport is bulk-only. Q700 is tote + gantry. Sign lets a supervisor Load; Freeze blocks it. ME does not Load.

BOM vs cart sheet

Required / Optional, source, qty, and Where for this kit only. Flip Optional → Required (O-rings). Does not invent SKUs or change on-hand.

No BOM lines on this kit.

Station PC · live rail

Scan the chassis plate of the chair on the rail. Wrong chair or station is refused. Check-offs persist. Load stays on the loop.

Cart ID SM10-… is refused. Chassis plate 7419055 is WMS-only.

Work instructions · S1–S11

Tools sits on the station card with the PIC — hand tools only, never a BOM line. KR-SPT24 S5 is hands only; S6 and S7 are none. KR-Q700M does not inherit this list.

No work instructions for this configuration yet.

4 · Extra detail

  • Cart ID is never a serial. Freeze blocks Load.

No open BOM issues.

How we do this job

ME owns configuration work instructions, BOM cleanup, the two-year model cadence, and training MRP.

  1. BOM issues: O-rings missing from the drawing, hub kits marked preassembled that land loose, optional flags that should be required. Fix BOM writes the line and bumps drawing rev.
  2. Work instructions are per configuration across all 11 stations. Each S1–S11 card has a PIC picture field — empty until ME uploads — and a Tools line on the same card (hand tools, not BOM). Sport KR-SPT24 is bulk-only; Q700 is tote + gantry and does not inherit sport tools.
  3. BOM vs cart-sheet: Required/Optional, source, qty, loc. Flip Optional → Required (O-rings). Sign walk lets a supervisor Load; Freeze blocks Load. Single-build (WO-1820) cannot Load at S1.
  4. Roadmap: a new chair every two years. Discontinued models keep service parts on the rack for at least seven years. No new production on those codes.
  5. MRP tab: assign training modules. Completing a module does not change skill — leads still propose, manager still signs.
